You are paid an override equal to the difference between the down line IBO’s level and your current level at the time the override is paid. For example, when you are an ND and your IBO has recruited an ISR that upgrades you receive a $45 TB. The renewal override pays the same way…the IBO gets paid a $13 renewal and you get paid a $6 renewal override (which is the difference between $19 and $13) for the sale made by your down line IBO for the life of the plan. Qualified Executive Director (QED) Note: Liberty reserves the right to change the compensation plan at any time. We anticipate increasing the qualifications for QED during the 2007 fiscal year. Your level will show advanced in Team Liberty Back Office software (Offfice2Office) when you are paid at that level. Commission level advancement changes each time commissions are calculated on Wednesday and Friday. Advancements to QED and QND are at the month end only. Note: Pay particular attention to the fact that, whenever you see “organizational sales” (OS), it means unlimited depth to achieve any qualification criteria. Qualifying National Director Royalty Bonuses (QND) To qualify for these royalties, you must have a minimum of 6 OS from your personal group or six personal sales each month. You earn multiple renewals on your personal and downline organizational sales.
If you are a QED you also qualify for QND Royalties and you will pick up an additional $1.50 on your QND and ND legs. These royalties are paid for the life of the plan so long as you are a QND. If you do not qualify as a QND, you do not receive any QND royalties that month. Qualifying Executive Director Royalties (QED) There are two levels of additional 1% royalties (30 cents per level) that a QED can earn on his or her entire monthly OS down to the next QED. You can earn multiple renewals on your personal and downline organizational sales. - 2 Frontline QED’s pays you a 1% royalty on all OS and PS in your business as long as you are a QED for the life of the plans. For your qualification as a QED you may count the first QED down each personally recruited leg of your organization. Example: In the following example, you have 6 QED’s in your downline, however only 4 of those QED’s are “first line” to you: QED Leg 1, QED Leg 2, QED Leg 3 and QED Leg 4
When you QED for this royalty, you can earn a 7% to 12% override royalties on your QND legs.
