Compensation

The Compensation Plan has 5 distinct levels of achievement. The First Month Commission (FMC) paid to the IBO depends upon the plan sold. If a Signature plan is sold, then $30 is the FMC. If a Platinum plan is sold, the $100 is the FMC.

Income Levels

Independent Sales Representative (ISR) 
You start out with Team Liberty as an ISR for only $69.95 and $39.95 per month. This fee pays for your monthly Protector plan and you are automatically an ISR. As an ISR, you sell Team Liberty plans and sponsor other personal ISRs at no additional charge. When you sell The Protector plan or sponsor an ISR, you receive $40 as a First Month Commission (FMC). Each month the plan renews, you receive $10 (That’s a $120 renewal commission per year). An ISR selling or sponsoring one new customer or ISR per week, that’s 52 per year, could be paid a FMC of $2,080 and $6,240 in renewals annually.

Should you decide to do more and receive overrides on your downline ISRs, you can upgrade your status from ISR to IBO (Independent Business Owner). To upgrade, you pay $139 and check the IBO upgrade section of the application. At that time, you are eligible to move up in the compensation plan and earn Trainer’s Bonuses of $10 to $60 and 10% to 41%* in Overrides and Renewals off your downline organization and much more.

Upgrade your status to IBO by paying $139 and enjoy the following compensation.

Independent Business Owner (IBO)
You receive a FMC of $43 on each ISR you bring in. Each month thereafter (second, third, fourth, etc.) is considered a Renewal Commission. You’ll get paid a $13 Renewal Commission beginning the second month and continuing for the life of the plan. You also receive overrides off the sales of your ISRs. You will receive a $3 FMC and a $3 renewal commission on each sale made by your ISRs.

Manager (MGR)
You get paid a FMC of $44.50 and a $14.50 Renewal Commission thereafter. To achieve the “Manager” level you must personally recruit 2 ISRs or make 6 personal plan sales (PS) over any period of time. When your ISR upgrades to IBO, you receive a Trainer’s Bonus of $10. You must recruit a minimum of 2 ISRs or have 6 PS in order to be Pushed-up (PU) by organizational sales (OS) to a higher level.

Senior Manager (SM)
At this third level, you get paid a FMC of $46.00 and a $16.00 Renewal Commission thereafter. To achieve the “Senior Manager” level you must personally recruit 2 ISRs and have 15 OS or have 15 PS over any period of time. When your ISR upgrades to IBO, you receive a Training Bonus of $20. Remember, the more personally recruited IBO legs you have the faster your income will grow.

Director (DIR)
This forth level pays a FMC of $47.50 and a Renewal Commission of $17.50 each month thereafter. When your ISR upgrades to IBO, you receive a Training Bonus of $30. To achieve the “Director” level you must have 30 OS or have 30 PS over any period of time.

National Director (ND)
To qualify for the “National Director” level, you must personally recruit 2 IBO’s and have 45 OS or 45 PS over any period of time. At this level you receive a $49 FMC and a Renewal Commission of $19 each month thereafter. When your ISR upgrades to IBO, you receive a Training Bonus of $45.

Once you reach any of the permanent levels, you cannot fall back to a lower commission level as long as you are currently enrolled in The Protector plan.
