Royalty Bonuses

Qualified Executive Director (QED)
To qualify for the QED level, you must have a minimum of 3 National Director legs with 10 Organizational Sales in each leg and have 6 Organizational Sales from your personal group (IBO thru Director levels) outside your National Director legs or 30 Plan Sales in one month. At this level you will be paid a $100 Trainer's Bonus/Renewal and starting the second month, etc, you will be paid a 30% renewal plus you will start getting paid a 5% royalty for qualifying QED. Total Trainer's Bonus/Renewal is $100 per IBO.

Example: You qualify in January and receive the override on February business. You must qualify for QED on a month to month basis.

Qualifying National Director Royalty Bonuses (QND)
There are four levels of QND Royalties paid on Qualifying National Directors (QND) in depth from you when you qualify. This means that you earn overrides and royalties up to four QND levels deep in the same organization. Once you attain QND, you have three groups in you downline: 1) your personal group, 2) your National Director groups and 3) your QND groups. Monthly qualification is required.

To qualify for these royalties, you must have a minimum of 6 Organizational Sales from your personal group or six personal sales each month.

QND= Qualified National Director

If you are a QED you also qualify for QND Royalties and you will pick up an additional 5% on your QND and National Director legs. These royalties are paid for the life of the plan so long as you are a QND. If you do not qualify as a QND, you do not
receive any QND royalties that month.

Qualifying Executive Director Royalties (QED)
There are five levels of additional 1% royalties that a QED can earn on his or her entire monthly
Organizational Sales down to the next QED. This can total 5%

2 Frontline QED’s pays you a 1% royalty on all Organizational Sales and Plan Sales in your business as long as you are a QED for the life of the plans.
4 Frontline QED’s entitles you to an additional 1% (Total of 2%).
6 Frontline QED’s entitles you to an additional 1% (Total of 3%).
8 Frontline QED’s entitles you to an additional 1% (Total of 4%).
10 Frontline QED’s entitles you to an additional 1% (Total of 5%).

For your qualification as a QED you may count the first QED down each personally recruited leg of your organization.

Example:
In the following example, you have 6 QED’s in your downline, however only 4 of those QED’s are “first line” to you: QED Leg 1, QED Leg 2, QED Leg 3 and QED Leg 4

When you QED for this royalty, you can earn a 10% to 15% override royalties on your QND legs. If you are a QED at the 5% level and your Organizational Sales volume for the month is $200,000, and there is a 5% QED under you whose organization makes up $20,000 of that volume, your bonus is based on 5% of $180,000. That means you’ve earned $9,000 royalty that month and every month those sales stay active. Remember, you must meet the monthly 6 Organizational Sales qualifications. Your QED Royalty will earn you in excess of $108,000 a year.

 

Note: We reserve the right to change the compensation plan at any time. We anticipate increasing the qualifications for QED during the 2005 fiscal year. Your level will show advanced in Team Liberty Back Office (Offfice2Office) when you are paid at that level. Commission level advancement changes each time commissions are calculated on Wednesday and Friday. Advancements to QED and QND are at the month end only. Pay particular attention to the fact that, whenever you see "organizational sales" (OS), it means unlimited depth to achieve any qualification criteria.
